Terms and Conditions for Bookings with LAD Social
1. Bookings are between LAD Social and those that booked only. When booking you agree to our terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Payment 2.1. All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or other agreed-upon communication methods. 2.2. Payment must be made in full prior to the delivery of any finished work. No exceptions will be made. 2.3. LAD Social reserves the right to decline any booking request at its sole discretion.
3. Revisions 3.1. Clients are entitled to a maximum of two (2) revisions per project. 3.2. Any additional revisions beyond the included two will incur additional charges, which will be communicated to the client prior to proceeding. 3.3. Revision requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving the deliverables. Requests made after this period may not be accommodated.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling 4.1. Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 4.2. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. 4.3. LAD Social reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, with notice provided to the client as soon as possible.
5. Delivery of Work 5.1. Final deliverables will be provided within the agreed-upon timeline unless otherwise specified. 5.2. Deliverables will not be released until full payment has been received.
6. Intellectual Property 6.1. All materials created by LAD Social remain the property of LAD Social until full payment has been received. 6.2. Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
7. Liability 7.1. LAD Social will not be held responsible for delays caused by client inaction, including failure to provide necessary materials or approvals. 7.2. LAD Social is not liable for any damages arising from the use of deliverables provided.
8. General 8.1. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Clients will be informed of any updates before confirming a booking. 8.2. By booking services with LAD Social, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
